Tests before and after with Veil only (no laser jammer) gave a 55% reduction in targeting range. In fact the first run (after Veil was applied) the laser gun didn't get a reading at all. JTG with Veil only....very impressive. What does this mean? Well simply put, if you have a radar detector, and the police officer targeted you at a distance of 580m or less, the laser gun would more than likely have your speed before you could even hit the brakes. But with Veil, the range at which the laser gun could target you would have dropped to around 250m. So your radar detector would have been laerting you to laser all that time, giving you sufficient time to check your speed.
